"What if..." all the gods are real and were in constant competition with each other. Be pretty messy I'd imagine. My WIP novel is based on this concept, and the conflict between Apollo and Fenrir.
This could get interesting. The sun god against the Wolf god of Ragnarak.
All battles carried out by proxy, of course.
